Milestone Auto Repair LLC

We were on a road trip, lost battery power and after replacing the battery, 5 repair shops, including the dealership were unable to help. Milestone was our last resort. They took our car immediately, ran diagnostics, reset everything and got us back on the road in an hour. No charge! Friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Milestone Auto Repair and highly recommend them. They’ve handled some major work on my vehicle, including a full engine rebuild, head gasket replacement, radiator replacement, and resolving multiple electrical issues. Throughout everything, they’ve been knowledgeable, reliable, and thorough. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with major repairs, but Milestone has earned my confidence. My vehicle is running great, and I’m extremely happy with the work they’ve done. If you’re looking for a dependable auto repair shop that can handle everything from mechanical to electrical issues, definitely give Milestone Auto Repair a call!

Ron at Milestone did such a great job for me. He overestimated how long it would take in the complexity of the job, which made me very happy when he finished it in half the time and half the cost. But not only did he do the repair in half the time, he also replaced the horn fuse and one of the back tail lights, without me even asking. I love it when businesses over deliver. Highly recommended.

I'm a local born and raised, so it's always important for me to support local independently owned businesses when possible. I went in for an oil flush and refill as the Hyundai dealership put the wrong oil in my hybrid engine. I went in early morning with no scheduled appointment and they were able to find time for me later in the afternoon. I also had specific requests for documentation as the dealer was liable and paying for any issues that came up from their mistake and this shop was able to accommodate all of my requests in a timely manner. I was also able to get a quote on another repair for another vehical and it came in way under most quotes received. This shop seems very honest and fair, and for that reason they have found a new customer in me and my family that I will refer their way.

Update June 2026 I still have only the best to say about this shop so much so I drive from Phoenix to get work done when I need it. This is still the only place state wide with a true 5 star rating and if you get service done here you will understand. My transmission is starting to fail in my 2015 Silverado and they have given me a quote that beats everyone else plus I already trust the mechanics working on this but in the mean time we flashed my transmission computer and it’s shifting so much better this patch bought me some time and the cost for this bandaid is still way less then anywhere else. I truly stand behind Ron and his crew of mechanics as being the best with the customer in mind I just hate having to drive to flagstaff every-time I need work done. On the other hand I am loving the city and if I found work in flagstaff I would move. ***UPDATE*** as of Nov. 2025 I love this place so much I will not let anyone else touch my truck. It’s a fact I live in phoenix and I drive up here to flagstaff to get work done on my vehicle it’s worth it every time and I swear by this place it’s the best you need something fixed and it gets fixed every time the work ethic of everyone on st
